INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cognac

3/4 oz Abiding Citizen Lemon Lime Shrub

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/4 oz Abiding Citizen Rich Simple Syrup

60 Drops of Abiding Citizen Lavender Bitters

1 Pinch Demerara Sugar for Rim

Thyme Sprig

DIRECTIONS

Moisten the rim of your martini or coupe glass with about 10-20 drops of bitters and rim with the sugar.  Add the remaining ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice.  Strain into prepared glass.  Garnish with thyme sprigs.
